Mystic Cliffs can only be found on the Mystic Mountains or the Thunder Mountains event maps.
They can be harvested for Mystic Stones of various levels which are used to gain points for rewards in the events. From level 3 and above can be tapped once in a while for a Level 1 to 3 Mystic Stones.
